Dono descibes this first time offering as an amber hued ale that's very rich, toasty, roasty, smoky and malty with hints of fig and Bourbon. East Kent hops were used and add a very slight, crisp 'n clean bitterness.
Dono says, he really likes working on the seasonals. "It gives me the time and freedom to do research and formulate a new batch...at the end of the day I feel a little better about my student loans".
Sounds like money well spent! Available only at Hoppers. Cheers!

Thanks for the heads up. Hoppers kicks ass.
I love scottish ales...
BUMP Anybody find the North Coast yet??
Just got off the phone with the DABC. For North Coast:
Foothill store, Ogden store, North Temple Store, Murray Kentucky Ave. Store, and Draper Minuteman Drive store.
I just bought a Acme Pale Ale from the State Wine Store on 3rd east. Andy, did they mention which ones were available at those stores?
Brilliant Andy! Guess I know what I'm going to be doing for the next couple of days...
No, I actually only asked about the Acme. They didn't have any at the wine store Saturday when I was there, and they didn't mention the 3rd east store on the phone either. Hmm. I'll have to go in again. Unfortunately, I spent all my money on beautiful Spanish wines during their wine sale (Oh if only they had beer sales the way they have wine sales...)
