Heber Valley - Volution Series (Galaxy/Motueka): I love this hop combo – two of myabsolute favorite new wave hops. There's lots of stone fruit and grapefruit, with a solid grassiness on the finish. There's not really any of the lime flavor I usually associate with Motueka hops. There's not a ton of bitterness, just the aforementioned grassy finish. 6.8% - Only at Heber Valley.
Heber Valley - Čerták-7: This Czech Pilsner I immediately get a sweet smelling grain aroma with a light spicy hop aroma. Up front and in the middle I taste very light bitter herb flavor with a touch of grain. The back end is slightly floral with a nice spicy hop character and a light bitter finish. The aftertaste is a light grain flavor with a touch of sweet honey. 5.0%
Red Rock - Fukifino: This beer has been in the works for a while and has one of the best names to boot. Nose is big citrus – mostly tangerine like, maybe some grapefruit and pineapple undertones, limited malt character, no booziness. Taste is similar with big citrus/tangerine taste, lighter grapefruit and pineapple and mixed tropicals, more malt than the aroma but zero hint at this being 9.5% abv - booziness hidden behind the citrus flavoring. Available starting today at all Red Rock locations.
Saltfire - Series of Singularities (ADHA218): Experimental hops are fun to play with, but they don't make great names for beer. Loaded with peach, melon, berries and grapefruit peel. There's a good smack of herbal hops in the back with a lingering bitter finish. 7.3% - Only at Saltfire.
TF - 210 IPA: Named for the state road that runs up Little Cottonwood Canyon, this IPA will be part of TF's regular line-up. It's a west coast style IPA that is deceptively dank. There's plenty of citrus peel, pine, herbs and tea. It's overall dry and it has a pleasant 6.2% ABV. It's a nice alternative to Ferda – if your looking for something a little lighter. Available at TF starting today.
Offset - Lunch Laps V2: (from Offset) The goal of this beer is to learn more about Thiols and how to maximize their presence in beer. Offset used the exact same thiolized yeast strain from Omega, exact same grain bill, and hopping regimen but cut the amount of Phantasm used in the whirlpool way back to see if Phantasm is actually contributing as much as it's advertised to. Turns out the malt and hop might be way more impactful than the Phantasm. 5.0% - small batch only at Offset.
Offset - NZ Pale Ale: (from Offset) For this batch we diverted some wort from our Riwaka Pale ale into one of our little experimental fermenters. We blended am small amount of the same thiolized yeast we used for Lunch Laps in with our house ale yeast then dry hopped it with a new to us combo of Nectaron and Nelson at a slightly higher dry hopping rate than the Riwaka Pale. It explodes with tropical goodness. Chances are you'll see this combo from us in the near future. Try it next to the Riwaka Pale to learn more about how dry hopping can significantly change the flavor and aroma of a beer. 5.0% - small batch only at Offset.
Shades/Ice Hause - Hoochey Kuchen: Missed this sour ale was brewed with Blueberry, cinnamon, vanilla bean and graham crackers. 6.5% - Only at Shades and Ice Hause

Pipeworks - Coconanajama: Missed this one. Described as as refreshing and tropically delicious ale is just bursting with notes of creamy coconut and sun ripened banana. 8.3% - Found at Slackwater.
Pipeworks - Cold Blooded Cryo Blood of The Unicorn: Missed this Cryo-hopped Red Ale. 6.0% - Found at Slackwater and Beer Zombies.
Pipeworks - NvU vs. The Haze: Lots of dank, hoppy, tropical fruit on the nose. similar flavor profile with a lovely, hoppy bite to the finish. it’s got a little alcohol burn to it that i dig. it’s not exactly a sipper but it’s also not one to be chugged either. Full, smooth mouthfeel. nicely carbonated and toes the line of of west coast IPA and NE IPA. 8.0% - Found at Slackwater and Beer Zombies.
Upslope - Japanese Lager: Aroma is very light and fits the style with a light hop perfume and some light rice and malty notes. Flavor follows with a crisp lightly citrus and bitter hop bite then a clean malt flavor that follows. The finish is a relatively dry one with just a bit of bitterness lingering once the malt subsides. 4.9% - Look for it in grocery and c-stores.
Upslope - Mango Lime Sour: Missed this one. 4.5% - Look for it in grocery and c-stores.
Cheers!
