Proper Brewing Previews

There are a couple of tasty brews coming soon from Proper Brewing Company.

First we have Le Belle Peche [pictured above]. This is a classic saison made with peaches. The peaches are added pre-fermentation for added body and sweetness and it's fermented at warmer temperatures to bring out the more spicy characters from the yeast. Sounds like a great combo.

The next beer that's coming soon from Proper is Czech Your Head - Czech Style Pilsner. Unlike the Saison this lager will be fermented much cooler and will be bittered with Spicy Saaz hops, along with other local and European varieties.
