New Beer Good Friday

New Beer Good Friday? More like New Beer GREAT Friday! Many of you likely have a long weekend, which gives you more than enough time to work your way through this huge list of new beers.

RoHa - Big Green Couch: This re-formulated Double IPA has a nose comprised caramel, lots of grapefruit, a touch of pine resin. The taste brings in more of the same, with the grapefruit and the caramel really combining and intertwining nicely. The body is medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a pretty dry finish. Overall, a pretty solid DIPA, one that doesn't try to o'erwhelm tastebuds with hops, but rather pumps plenty of hoppy flavor in with pleasantly sweet caramel sidekicks. Always nice to find an easy-going DIPA.

Hopkins - Guava Sour: This kettle-sour ale is naturally soured with lactobacillus, then brewed with coriander and orange peel. With an addition of Pink Boots hop blend and guava puree, there's a pleasant balance of fruit notes cutting through a gentle tartness. 5.0% - Only at Hopkins.

Hopkins - Friendly Introduction Pale Ale #22: Made with Solstice Mild Malt then dry-hopped with Centennial, Chinook, and Simcoe hops.
