UTOG - VII Anniversary Ale: This barrel aged sour was inspired by the notion of a whiskey sour made with green apple whiskey. It's described as being nicely and sweet and sour with a whiskey barrel dry finish. 7.77% for 7 years. Available on 3/28 for UTOG's Anniversary Celebration.
Level Crossing - Space Oddity (7th Anniversary): Level Crossing's Anniversary celebration is today, and this DIPA is primed and ready to go. Big citrus driven hops are packed into this IPA. Strata, Enigma, Galaxy, Comet and Apollo are the heavy hitters here. A really tasty DIPA that has no real style other than IPA. 8.8% - Available at both Level Crossing locations.
Level Crossing - Small Batch (Thiols and Tribulations): This new hazy features thiolized yeasts which are engineered to unlock aromatic compounds called thiols, which are responsible for intense tropical fruit flavors like passion fruit, guava, and grapefruit. The yeast used here drives stone fruit flavors. Nice and peachy with some backing hops that are similar. Very Tasty. 5.0% - Available at Level Crossing.
Epic - Small Batch Series IPA: Missed this one–however it debuts today. It's a pineapple driven IPA. We'll do some sensory chat on this live on Beer Nerd Radio later this afternoon.
Talisman - Tali Lite: Missed this American light lager. 3.75% - Available at Talisman, Taboo Pizza, Mim's Bar and Grill and soon to Steve's Black Sabbath BBQ.
