Fisher - Pilcrow Pilsner:It’s light & crispy. Like Japanese dry and crispy. American malt profile, but otherwise, it’s a dry AF crusher that’s got just enough citrus and spice to create a wholly drinkable-dry-lager.5.0% - Available at Fisher.

Fisher - Fresh Hop 2026: Chewy damn aroma. Herbal up front, then some berry & citrus. Some raw honey notes come in next. It taste so much like a field of flowers. Hard to tell from the malt sweetness or the flower nectar. F’n crazy flavors here. You need this in your life. 6.5%

Offset - DAMP.06: The Fresh Hop beers keep rolling in!  The latest is a West Coast This batch showcases Idaho 7 and Vera. Instead of the hot side, the Offset crew packed 100 lbs of wet, whole-cone hops directly into the fermenter, then backed it up with a second dry hop of 2025 Vera, early-pick CTZ, and Simcoe. Look for a complex journey from bright tropical candy to deeply floral, dank, and resinous undertones. 7.0% - Available now on tap and in four-packs!

Red Rock - Mosaic Nelson IPA: This session IPA smells F’n amazing! Citrus, melon and berries. Tastes great too. More citrus, but in a hoppy sense. Nice malt body with nice toast crackers. The Nelson Sav is a lil muted, but as session IPAs go it’s damn solid.5.0% - At Available at Red Rock Downtown.

TF -  West Coast Style IPA: Brewed with NZ Cascade, Nelson, Mosaic, Cryo Simcoe, and Mosaic Dynaboost, this West Coast IPA drifts in with notes of ripe cantaloupe, sweet melon, and a dank little edge.Tropical, fruity, and refreshingly smooth, with a soft touch of bitterness that lingers. 7.2% - Available at TF today!

Returning Favorites

Bewilder - Mole Porter:This has a solid Porter body without a doubt. There is a bit of chocolate and maple up front. Those flavors give way to chili, cinnamon and peppers. Not much heat – butr the mole spects drive you to the finish. This was Bewilder's first beer above draft level and it hits at 6.0%.

Cheers!
