Brettanomyces based beer blended with a newly concocted Saison base beer. Croggy will dial in at 6.9% ABV and will be packaged in Uinta's corked and caged 750ml bottles.
That Saison is not going to be unique to the Croggy. That same beer is currently maturating right now in barrels of Beehive Distilling's Jack Rabbit Gin. The time in the barrel will amp the ABV up to 9.3 percent and will impart those juniper and pine notes that make Jack Rabbit so enjoyable. This beer will be packaged in standard 750ml bottles.
These beers is not too far off from their individual scheduled releases - but with all barrel aged beers, "they're done - when they're done". Stay close for those dates.
