Are you sick of hearing about all of the new breweries that are making their way into our lives? Me neither! So when I heard that more local home brewers are turning their hobby into a profession, I thought, Bring it on! Let's change our state's name to Brewtah!
Canyon Brewing was conceived by three friends brought together by love of music and beer. Their approach will basically be, share the love of beer. Between the three of them they have the brewing skills and the business acumen, why not?
The Brewery is set to debut with four beers. Bishop’s Storehouse Stout that is described as a dark brown full-body export style stout
characterized by a rich blend of caramel, chocolate and coffee flavors - Hidden Peak India Pale Ale: a bold IPA that offers a perfect balance of barley, aromatic hops with a grapefruiti finish - Slot Canyon Pale Ale: a fuller-bodied, pale golden ale, that balances
malty sweetness with the piney, citrusy flavor of Cascade hops - Slow Train Steam Beer has a golden amber color that refreshes like a
larger. Citrusy hops give this classic American Beer a new-style
American update. All beers will be made to ABV style.
Canyon Brewing is looking to purchase a Czech made 10hl Brew System (about 8.5 bbl) and hopes to be brewing with it mid 2015. Updates to follow. Go Brewtah!
Prost!
