This IPA is mostly piney hops with a hint of floral and citrus. Malts are near toffee-esque in their sweetness. A fairly prominent bitter and yeasty finish. This SOP's first high gravity beer. It comes in at 6.0% ABV and is only available for purchase at the brewery. 154 Utopia Ave, South Salt Lake City.

I found Rogue Sriracha Stout and Lagunitas Garnely Wine at the 300 West wine store.
I could not find this Shades of Pale store on Utopia Ave.
It's hard to see, but it's a huge place. the sign is small and the entrance is next to a loading dock.
What are the business hours again? Can't find it on their site or Facebook.
I get there around 8am and work generally til 8pm or so.
We are working on better signage to find our location. Sorry it is a bit hard to find but well worth it.
