Still pissed at me for my Pliny the Elder prank on April Fool's Day? Well, get in line; there are people way more important than you wanting to kick my ass. To make it up to you, I've compiled a massive list of local craft AND out of state brews, guaranteed to make you forget my (and any other) devilish pranks.
Proper - Ye Old Boi: There's whiskey in here for sure. Light caramel. Not quite the heavy body you’d expect from an 11% beer. Being an “English Strong” this has caramel corn, with bourbon accents and a sneaky hammer. It seems tame, but it’ll kick you in the pee-pee if you’re not paying attention. Available at Proper.
2 Row - Spring Saison: Aroma is citrusy, yeasty, and very spicy. Perhaps a hint of a honey-like sweetness. Taste is not overly sweet, yet it's not overly dry. Citrus and spice rapidly cycle. A primarily dominant lemony-citrus flavor emerges, but it is then quickly cut by a varietal of different spices; clove being the most prominent, but others are definitely present. Quite phenolic as it warms. 6.3% - 2 Row, Slackwater.
2 Row - King Zeangland: This Triple IPA features Nelson, Motueka and Southern Cross hops. It's full of tangerine peel. the sweet malt gives it a more citrus feel. This will destroy you, if you thing you're better than it is. 13.0% - found at 2 Row.
Bonneville - Cool Fuzz: This NEIPA features Cashmere hops which provides a burst of citrusy lime flavor while flaked oats and barley create a pleasantly-round mouthfeel. 5.0% Only at Bonneville.
Epic - Space Debris: Made with Amarillo, Centennial, Citra and Nugget This goes on sale today at the brewery. 6.2%
Wasatch - Pink Boots IPA: This debuts today. No tasting notes on this one. 5.0%
Heber Valley - Willa'tje: This is a Belgian-style Golden Strong. Look for a complex and powerful ale with rounded flavors. Hop and malt character is fruity and quite hoppy. 8.6% - Only at Heber Valley.Mason Ale Works - Gwion And the Witch: This is a Cinnamon Bun Style Pastry Stout. Cinnamon pretty much runs the show, it defiantly has that cinnamon roll vibe, but it also comes across as a holiday winter warmer. It's a bit too much cinnamon for this time of year... for me anyway. 13.5% - Found at Slackwater.
Mason Ale Works - Sweet Creams Are Made of These (Raspberry/Blueberry): This milkshake inspired ale has huge amounts of raspberries and blueberries added with vanilla and lactose. Thick body with tart raspberry and blueberry notes to finish. 8.0% - Found at Slackwater.
Mason Ale Works - Dime Store Revolver: This hazy Triple IPA was double dry hopped with 5 pounds of Citra and Motueka per barrel and a touch of milk sugar to add a slight sweetness. Dangerously, smooth at 11.0% - Found at Slackwater.

Prairie - Peanut Butter and Jelly Squeeze: This sour ale is made with blackberry, blueberry, boysenberry, dry roasted peanuts and peanut butter. Tart jammy flavors of dark berries dominate with some restrained peanut butter backing it up. 5.0% - Found at Salt and Hops.

2 Row - Old Fence Wrecker: This beer is a colaboration on many fronts. Made from a recipe formulated by award winning home brewer Zach Belles, this barrel aged barleywine. Look for flavors of caramel and toffee, followed by a hit of bourbon barrel that provides woody oak, vanilla and more caramel. Mid-palate continues with bourbon, and brings out sweet dark fruit notes of fig & raisin . Named for Beehive bartender, Barry Strom who's love of barleywines has resulted in more that one accidental fence demolitions. 11.6% - available at 2 Row Brewing.
TF - Corduroy: Looks like Sunny Delight! The aroma is extremely pungent, with pineapple, mango, guava, grapefruit. You can catch a whiff from the glass from a few feet away. Taste is very juice forward - grapefruit, orange, pineapple, perhaps others, with the addition of a light grassiness before fading into a sweet juicy mild pith bitterness. Mouthfeel is smooth and fairly full with a light tingling from carbonation. Very Nice. 7.7% - Available today only at T.F. Brewing.
