Level Crossing - The Great Gig: This new WCIPA features Chinook T90, Chinook Salvo, Chinook Cryo, Chinook Quantum, Simcoe Cryo, Citra, Citra Whole Leaf. First off. Love the ABV. Low 6’s for a WCIPA? 🙌 Big citrus throughout: pith, zest, meat-it’s all there. Some pine rounds it out, but it’s pretty subtle. The malt? It’s also chill, with just enough richness to make it interesting. One of the best WCIPAs I've had in a while. 6.3% - Available at both Level Crossing locations
Saltfire - Dorothy's Disco: Chewy Stonefruit with soft berries & citrus. Big mouthfeel with low sweetness. An almost Euro-take on the style. Some herbal hops round it out w/ low bitterness-just a hint to dry it out. Spicy hop finish.
Saltfire - Ginger Rogers Syndrome: No notes on this one. It hits taps today. 5.0% - Only at Saltfire.
