Bewilder - Say You, Saison: Phenolic clove nose w/ some bubblegum. On the palette it leads w/ the bubblegum & minor clove notes from the yeast. A hint of berries from the Nelson Sauvin, some zest as well. A nice not too lingering hoppiness in the finish. Great Saison. 6.2% - Available at bewilder starting today.

Offset - Glossier: (from Offset) Featuring Citra T90, Garston Motueka, Citra Liquid Lupulin, Nelson Subzero Hop Kief, Galaxy. This super saturated Double IPA version of our house 6.5% Citra focused IPA, Glossy. We took everything about Glossy and turned it way up. Double the hopping rate in both the kettle and dry hop with total hop load closing in on 9lbs/bbl of the choicest Citra, Galaxy, and Nelson in multiple formats. This is the first batch of beer we've used Liquid Lupulin Citra. A new concentrated hop product specifically for dry hopping that lets us add more hop flavor and aroma without adding more green, vegetal matter to the beer. We also used some Kohia Nelson Subzero Hop Kief in this which is extracted from a blend of Nelson Sauvin and dried Passionfruit. Combine this all with a third, short and cold, dry hop of some choice Early Harvest Galaxy and you've got an incredibly expressive double IPA that explodes with all sorts of Tropical and citrus character.
