Uinta - Test Phaze (Lab Sequence 007): Hopped with Eureka, Simcoe, Chinook, Mosaic and Pink hops. It says NEIPA on the can. My eyes and sniffer say WCIPA. Yeah, WC all the way, BUT in the most juicy of ways. So much strawberry, guava and peach. Then transitions to citrus - then to herbs. Chewy malt profile like a WC. I'd judge this on it's flavor and not as NEIPA. 8.1% - Available now at Uinta.
Uinta - Pro Line - This Used To Be All Orange Groves: made with 2Row, Munich and Honey Malt with Citra, Galaxy and Citrus Purée. Citra hops pop in the nose. Hope you like your citrus, because this all “beermosa” baby. Mostly tangy orange here, but there’s heavy amount of hops too. The Galaxy hops have plenty of IBUs to cut through the fruit. The Citra got a lil lost though. 8.0% - Available now at Uinta.
Epic - Italian Pilsner: This not the newish Italian Pils you may have had at Epic's new taproom, This is it's big brother that's debuting today. It’s a lemon forward lager for sure. Crisp and herbal as well. It cuts quick, not sharp but “crisp and quenching” for sure. Right amount of body satisfaction. Perfect “lighter” lager for Autumn. 6.5% - Available at Epic starting today.
Fisher - Sol-Fest: Each year Fisher brews a beer with locally-grown and malted barley from Solstice Malting. This is the first time Fisher has done a lager. This Oktoberfest-style beer/Munich lager features a malt bill of Pilsner and Munich malt which gives it a light copper color, The high addition of Munich malt also gives the beer a nutty, almost pine nutty, flavor. Hops are traditional grassy and herbal. 5.0% - Only on draft at Fisher.
Fisher - 2026 Oso Fresco: The Wet / Fresh hops are finally rolling in and the this pale ale is soo botanical & spicy! Not sure what these hops are, but there’s citrus, pepper and… some kind of really cool caramelized char. Don’t know what it is but it’s almost, savory??? Dunno, but it’s really cool. 5.0% - Only at Fisher.
TF - Fresh Hop: This year's version features some of the freshest El Dorado hops. It's vividly aromatic. So resinous and green. Tastes more resinous than the nose. It’s like hop bines creeping though my palate. Invasive? Yes. Green and evocative? Absolutely! This is a raw IPA like you’ve rarely had. Have it now, while it’s bliss, chewy and raw. 5.0% - Only at TF.
TF - Hop Hatrix RED HOP: West Coast-Style IPA Crisp, Dank, Bitter. No notes. 7.2% - Available at TF starting today.
TF - Hop Matrix BLUE HOP: Hazy IPA - Soft, Juicy, Hoppy. No notes. 7.8% - - Available at TF starting today.
Home Range - Rize Citrus Wit: Lil bit o’ bubblegum. From there, orange peel rocks with a bit of white pepper. It’s definitely on the authentic side of Witbiers. Not too phenolic, yet estery, well spiced & citrusy. Amazballz! Mikey Likey! 5.0% - Available at Home Range - Found at Beer Bar.
Talisman - Sour Rabbit: Sour Rabbit is described as a a "cereal sour". Brewed with oats, wheat, and lactose, then finished with a dash of sweet vanilla, this tart treat drinks like Saturday morning in a glass – with a bowl-sized blast of raspberry, blood orange, and passion fruit. Grab your cereal bowl, kick back, and let the Sour Rabbit do the rest. 7.0% - Available now at Talisman.
Red Rock - Paper Airplanes: This new DIPA uses Citra, Mosaic, Riwaka and Krush hops. Such a nice fruit salad of hops. So much chewy melon, citrus, strawberry and juicy tropical flavors. Whoa! Tastes expensive! Red Rock can do no wrong in their DIPA game. 8.8% - Available at all Red Rock locations.

Home Range - Cowboy Poets: American Brown Ale is pouring again in the Home Range taproom. Medium to high malty sweetness with prominent notes of caramel, chocolate, toasted bread and nuts. A balance of residual malt sweetness and hop bitterness lingers on the palate. 5.0% available on draft to-go in cans at Home Range.
Offset - Divi: This Tropical L IPA won a 2024 GABF Gold for Session IPA. A hop combo of Krush, Nectaron, and Ramosa. Ramosa delivers a crazy blend of tropical and citrus fruit that really compliments the heavy hitting Krush and Nectaron. These hops usually trample all over other supporting hops but not Ramosa. There’s only a small amount of Ramosa grown right now and Offset was lucky to secure enough of the 2026 crop before it sold out. 5.0% - Available at offset and your better beer pubs.
Offset - Oros: This West Coast L IPA won a 2025 GABF Gold for Session IPA. Back with some new tweaks. Most notably Offset subbed out the NZ Cascade for some Superdelic and added a bit more Mosaic. Bitterness is also up to drive home that West Coast IPA profile. 5.0% - Available at offset and your better beer pubs.
Offset - Helles: Lastly we have a new batch of Helles. For this batch Offset employed a multi step mash regime with a single mashout-decoction. After a slow, cold fermentation with the most traditional of German lager yeasts they krausened this Helles in the lagering tank with some fresh fermenting Oktoberfest for natural carbonation and a some additional malt complexity. After 6 weeks of lagering the beer is incredible and by far Offset's best, and most authentic, Helles to date. 4.8% - Available at offset and your better beer pubs.
