Boise's Payette Brewing has inked agreements to start sending their Rodeo Rye Pale
Ale to the
Beehive State. The 4.0% Rye Pale Ale will be available in cans at grocery and convenience stores in various regions of the state beginning March 1st. Bald Eagle Distributing - Marty
Distributing - Bow Tie Beverage - C&H Distributing - Tooele Beverage -
General Distributing - Big Four and Wasatch Distributing will handle the distribution.
This is quite a nice pale ale, Citra hops
give it a tropical fruit nose that is full of passion fruit, peaches and mangoes with a malt profile that has that nice spicy, rye kick.
I'm sure once they're established in the market, it will be easier to get other Payette offerings in the state.
Cheers!

Any chance they'll offer this on tap?
Payette is a nice brewery. I forgot to mention here, but major props to the guys from Epic. I had the Imperial Stout on cask with Earl Grey tea and it was amazing. Honestly one of 2013's best beers. The palate alone was superb.
Rodeo would be much better if they would take more care in their packaging. I bought a six pack at Trader Joe's and every single can had excessive yeast and dry hops in the can. I do love hops, but do not enjoy chewing on them.
