Grid City - Vienna: All Vienna malts and Nobel hops. Perfect amount of light caramel with grass and herb hops. Simple and incredibly delicious. Mikey Likey! 5.0% - Only available at Grid City
Wasatch - Lights Out: Roasty aroma with some orange zest. Taste is more dark chocolate with citrus & pine rounding it out. Textbook Cascadian Pale. Would have liked a bit more citrus to give it that Holiday chocolate/orange stick vibe. 🤷 5.0% - Available at Wasatch/Squatters.
Wasatch - Spice of Life: Cinnamon/potpourri aroma. It’s not a cinnamon bomb. The cream ale base actually work quite well with the cinnamon. I want to hate it, but I can’t. I’m generally not a fan of spiced beers but they managed to make this fairly tasty. Props for great execution. 5.0% - Available at Wasatch/Squatters.
Squatters - Lord of Bavaria: Great Märzen. Full of that great caramelly malt character. It’s not sweet, but it is well balanced as the style should be. Love the over profile. I could drink more than 1 liter of this if it twer available here. 🍺 5.0% - Available at Wasatch/Squatters.
Fisher - Fields of Deseret: Such a beautiful evening for such a tasty beer. Jimmy Weed at Solstice Malt provided the grain & honey for this dreamy ale. Light Caramel/honey sweetness combines with a hint of citrus & more emphasized grass to create a refreshing & crushable Kottbusser. 5.0% - Available at Fisher.
