Stein Eriken's Hops on the Hill

Deer Valley's Hops on the Hill, has been one of those 'best kept secrets' among Park City locals for the past few years now. It's one of those great weekly events that pair local craft beers and with Chef Zane's (of Stein Erikson Lodge) best bites on the deck as live music plays nearby on the lawn.

The beer, the food, the music changes every week, making each Tuesday evening unique. Here's you're schedule, along with participating breweries bands. The menus are fluid and will be revealed closer to the events.

Hops on the Hill

Deer Valley's Stein Eriksen Lodge is partnering with five of Utah's craft breweries on a beer and food pairing series. The series, Hops on the Hill, will provide beer lovers and foodies the opportunity to learn more about our local craft brewers while enjoying the culinary creations of Chef Zane Holmquist.

The pairing will be on five consecutive Tuesdays starting July 17, 2012 and will feature a different brewery each week. Brewmasters and Chef Zane will be on hand to discuss the evenings pairings.

In addition attendees have the option to stay and enjoy a free concert following the event on the lodges back lawn. Here are the date, brewers and entertainment.

Tuesday, July 17: Wasatch Beers & Motherload Canyon Band
Tuesday, July 24: Epic Brewing & Holy Water Buffalo
Tuesday, July 31: Uinta Brewing & Swagger
Tuesday, August 7: RedRock Brewery & Mister Sister
Tuesday, August 14: Squatters Brewing & Jagertown

The beer & food pairing run from 4:30p - 6:30p and the concerts start at 6:00p.

The cost is $30 in advance ($35 at event). Cost includes beer, food & souvenir glass.
