Desert Edge/The Pub is celebrating their 40th Birthday! To help celebrate - head brewer, Chris Haas has put together a brand new beer just in time for Thanksgiving.
"Celebrate 40!" is a light,
filtered ale made with oats and aged on plain oak. The carbonation for this ale is much brighter than the typical D.E. beer, it mimics the effervescence normally associated with Champagne. Haas' new seasonals usually don't last long, It was on tapped yesterday and will be on till it ain't.
Might be worth grabbing a growler for dinner tomorrow, eh?
