Epic's Citralush NE-IPA and Craft Beer Week Day Two

Unless you've been living under a very dry rock, you know that the North East Style IPA is the huge thing in the beer industry now. Locally - 2 Row Brewing, Shades of Pale and Epic Brewing have been leading the charge, with Wasatch just coming out with a session version (Snowbird IPA) earlier this month. On Thursday, Epic will be releasing their newest version which will be going into bottles and cans in the coming days. Citralush will feature that cloudy orange look, low bitterness and high tropical fruit notes. Thursday's first taste will come in Epic's Special Growlers, so don't forget to bring back your empties. Trust me, your gunna love this one.

Today is day two of American Craft Beer Week. Here's today's events and specials.

Tuesday - May 16th:

Uinta Brewing: Tour Tuesday Free Brewery Tours at the top of the hour, every hour (10am to 6pm). Email tours@uintabrewing.com to reserve your spot. Tours are first come first serve and limited to 12 people – pre-registration required.
• $5.00 for Flights of Four – Blind Taste Test. Guess ¾ of the beers correctly and you will be entered into a daily raffle for a limited Uinta swag item.
• Monday through Wednesday enjoy a Cheese, Chocolate, and Charcuterie board – each element paired with a unique beer with complimentary flavors.
Wasatch Sugar House: BEER 101 CLASS Sample your way through the art of drinking craft beer with an intimate class with a brewmaster. $20 - 6pm

Shades of Pale Brewing: Release of new beer - Berliner Weisse with Plum.
RoHa Brewing Project: Beer Trivia - 6pm
Bohemian Brewing: Meet the Brewers and brewery tour. 6-8pm. $15 includes a pint glass to take home and a few samples of beer.
