Utah's 2017 American Craft Beer Week Schedule

Today I've begun to compile a list of all of the events planned for next week's American Craft Beer Week. This events calendar is fluid and will be modified daily, as more information comes in. Just because you don't see a brewery/bar listed doesn't mean they have nothing planned. Keep checking back often for the updated events.

Monday - May 15th:

Uinta: Half-Off Selected Retail Items! Shoppers are encouraged to come in and stock up on their favorite Uinta swag at a discounted price. Other merch will be discounted 10% Monday – Friday.
Programs running all week:
• $5.00 for Flights of Four – Blind Taste Test. Guess ¾ of the beers correctly and you will be entered into a daily raffle for a limited Uinta swag item.
• Monday through Wednesday enjoy a Cheese, Chocolate, and Charcuterie board – each element paired with a unique beer with complimentary flavors.   
Bohemian: Join us at the brewery on our patio for a release of this year’s Helles Bock Lager, a limited spring seasonal, 6.9% ABV.  Tickets are $20 and include light fare, 2 Helles Bock Lagers and a Bohemian pint glass to take home.
Wasatch/Squatters locations: $2.50 12OZ DRAFTS ALL WEEK
Shades of Pale: Release of Double Trouble - Double Dry Hopped IPA 10.0% ABV
RoHa: Brewer/Owners meet and greet. 5pm. 
RedRock Downtown: ’15 Reve will be brought up from the cellar.  Very limited availability
Featured draft beer every day.  $2.50
Featured bottle beer of the day.  $2 off.

Tuesday - May 16th:

Uinta: Tour Tuesday Free Brewery Tours at the top of the hour, every hour (10am to 6pm). Email tours@uintabrewing.com to reserve your spot. Tours are first come first serve and limited to 12 people – pre-registration required.
• $5.00 for Flights of Four – Blind Taste Test. Guess ¾ of the beers correctly and you will be entered into a daily raffle for a limited Uinta swag item.

Wasatch Sugar House: BEER 101 CLASS Sample your way through the art of drinking craft beer with an intimate class with a brewmaster. $20 - 6pm
Wasatch/Squatters locations: $2.50 12OZ DRAFTS ALL WEEK
Shades of Pale: Release of new beer - Berliner Weisse with Plum. 
RoHa: Beer Trivia - time TBA 
Bohemian: Meet the Brewers and brewery tour. 6-8pm. $15 includes a pint glass to take home and a few samples of beer.
RedRock Downtown:
Featured draft beer every day.  $2.50
Featured bottle beer of the day.  $2 off

Wednesday - May 17th:
Uinta: Brett Beer School with Head Brewer of Research and Development Isaac Winter. Isaac will explain the history of the style, talk about brettanomyces yeast, and walk participants through a sampling. $10 admission will pay for the samples, and the class is free. 6pm – 7pm in the Uinta Brewhouse Pub. Pre-registration required by emailing tsapula@uintabrewing.com.

Bohemian: Ogden Helles release party at Slackwater  Pub. Starts at 6pm.

Thursday - May 18th:
Uinta: Trivia Night in the Uinta Brewhouse Pub. Enjoy beer and Uinta themed questions as well as questions on a variety of other topics. 7pm in the Pub – prizes awarded to the top three teams.
• $5.00 for Flights of Four – Blind Taste Test. Guess ¾ of the beers correctly and you will be entered into a daily raffle for a limited Uinta swag item.
• Thursday – Prix Fixe On-Demand Beer Dinner. Enjoy a three-course meal – each course paired with a different beer. Available all day.
Bohemian/Brewvies: The "Little Lebowski Urban Achiever" release party and tap takeover, featuring the Big Lebowski film sponsored by Bohemian Brewery. We will be releasing our new Brewer’s Stache beer "The Little Lebowski” (This beer really ties the room together) and offering all Bohemian beers for $3/pint. Dress up like the Dude or one of your favorite characters from the movie for fun prizes and giveaways. Tickets are available on eventbrite for $6 in advance of time or $8 at the door day of.

Uinta: Join us at the Brewhouse Pub with our friends from One Love Yoga for Ales and Asanas. There will be a one hour yoga class followed by a special brunch. Details for sign-up will be available soon at: https://www.facebook.com/events/211561262676549/. Stick around and watch the RSL game later in the day – first 48 people get to keep their RSL co-branded glasses.
Shades of Pale: Tours at 4:00pm  5:00pm  6:00 pm 7:00pm and 8:00pm.  We're taking 10 people per tour.  Marcio, brewer/Lead Scientist will lead the tours. Tour will be free. To sign up email alex@shadesofpale.com.

Whole Foods (Ft Union Craft Beer Week/Bike Month Summer Bbq Kick off party)
We are hosting an event with Whole Foods (Ft. Union and Highland) from 4-6pm , the event is meant to celebrate Craft Beer Week (May 15-21) and Bike Month (May is National Bike Month) and the kick off of Whole Foods Weekly Saturday BBQ and beer program. Whole foods will be smoking meats and veggies in their parking lot and Bohemian will be on hand offering beers. We have partnered with some of our neighbors in the community to help promote the Ft Union/Cottonwood businesses and of course biking. Solitude has offered some Day Lift passes for the their bike trails to raffle off as well. 
Spoke Sessions-A festival of beer and bicycling in support of clean air Salt Lake. OnSaturday, May 20, this event will celebrate American Craft Brew Week and National Bike Month. At State Street and 800 South in downtown Salt Lake City, back parking lot behind Crank SLC.

Sunday - May 21st:

Squatters Downtown: Beer - Whiskey Dinner: 3 course dinner with High West Whiskey & craft beer pairings. $65 - 6pm at Squatters Downtown.
