Mrs. Mikey & I went west to Tooele County to visit Bonneville Brewing and I have to say, we were quite impressed with the remodel and overall quality of the restaurant and the beer. The Menu was top notch all the dishes looked fantastic and the beers were more than solid. Head Brewer, Dave has eight beers on tap right now including an Irish Nitro Stout and an Irish Red Ale.
Our only complaint, too many people drinking Bud Light. I hope the staff pushes the house beers over the macros, because it's the locals that will make Bonneville a success, not occasional visiting beer gneards like us. Here are some of our photos from last night.
Cheers!

Could you tell us what other beers they had?
Besides those two there's a Pale Ale, Witbier, Am Wheat, Pils & Golden Ale
The Nitro stout is incredible!
That's only 7!
There's an amber ale as well. Last I knew there were no beers other than ours in the house. Definitely not on draft.
In any case, I'm glad you made the trek and enjoyed your visit!
Mikey,
Your blog is a great resource for a fellow Utah beer lover! Thanks for all the work you put into it on all fronts, from updates on new beers to legal stuff, all of it.
I've just subscribed to your feed.
Cheers.

the beer is great but i was unimpressed with the staff. wasnt that busy upstairs next to the bar but we had about 3 waitress passing us not acknowledging that we needed help. after taking about 30 minutes for some one to help.... i just didn't want to stay. this will be the last and only time here
You're not willing to give the staff another chance after the staff training period ends and they have the grand opening?
