After many months and countless dollars, Tooele's newest brewery is ready to open it's doors tonight at 4pm. This will be a "soft opening". Employees, equipment & situations will all be new, so if your thinking of venturing out to Tooele over the next few days please remember to bring your patience and help the staff get though their growing pains. Congrats to Utah's newest brewery!

Looking forward to going out there in the next few weeks to see what they did with the place and try the new beers. Tracks was a complete disaster when I visited a few years ago, from walking in the front door to drinking a few beers.
