Uinta Brewing has been unconscious as of late, adding a shload of new and inventive beers to their portfolio. The latest beer on the horizon is the Cucumber Farmhouse. Yes, this 6.2% beer is made with cucumber and if you haven't tried a cucumber infused beer? they can be quite refreshing - if done right. Another thing that will make this beer stand out is that it is also being aged in Beehive Distillery's Barrel Reserve Gin. This should make for light, yet complex Farmhouse Ale.
It's not due out for a while as it's currently aging. Of course, I'll pop it up as soon as it hit's Uinta's bottle shop.
