The first two Hog's Head beers will go on sale to the public this Saturday at 2pm. Release No.1 is an Imperial Amber Ale aged in High West Rye Whiskey barrels. Release No.2 Is the same Imperial Amber Ale, this time aged in High West Bourbon Barrels. Pay attention to the release number on the bottles, that's the only way to identify them.
These two beers dial in at about 10% ABV and are very reminiscent of English Barleywines. I'll have full tasting notes tomorrow on New Beer Friday.

In the description on the label it indicates which is which not only the release number.
Hey Trent, how limited is this bottling? If I come by on Saturday evening, will there be any left, or should I make the effort to be there at 2:00?
