Some of these are really intriguing. Guess I'll have to swing by state st. to give them a try.

Love the blog, by the way.

The Bayou needs to update some of their info though. The new menu said that all the Mikkeller beers were Belgian (not Belgian-style but from Belgium), but Mikkeller actually comes from Denmark.

Actually Mikkeller has moved much of it's operation from Denmark to Belgium. The beer on the Bayou's menu do list the correct countries in which they were made. Some of them are made in Denmark. But most are now made in Belgium. Cheers!

I tried the Mikkeller Simcoe IPA at the Bayou yesterday. This beer is very good, go try one now. Hopefully we'll be able to find it at the DABC stores soon.

Mikey screw you for this post. You know how shitty I got on Friday night. My new rule is to never stay later than you. Oh man, I was hammered. Saturday morning was great:) Anyway, the Bayou rocks and so does Weasel poop! Thanks Mark and everybody.

Mark said that you were working your way through the beer menu like a hord of Vikings; raping and pillaging a Nova Scotian hamlet. Nice job.

Will the REAL Slim Andy please stand up said...

Hey, who's this other Andy stealing my post name? There's only one Andy 'round these here blog parts, and he has been too busy and broke to drink good beer at the Bayou lately.
Imposter! (If you're my evil twin, YOU'RE supposed to be paying the bills and studying chemistry while I drink beer! That's why I created you!)
